Otaku don't reproduce and their parrents grow to old to support their children's hobby which cost around 1200$ per series. So the target audience would change. Or chinese cartoons would take over. OR japanese anime industry could start to work on the chinese stream sites if their anime lovers would grow in numbers. Don't forget that anime industry is pretty small.
