I don't think there are mana potions, but there are consumable mana crystals
Megumin doesn't use them because the ones that can actually replenish all of her mana are too expensive and she won't cast explosion unless she's at maximum
And Aqua is already a mana repository with Kazuma acting as an intermediary
I started to watch this show last weekend, after seing a animated gif.
