Why is he the only hamon user to age normally ?

he wanted to age together with his wife.

While banging 20 year old japanese women on the side
>>140572685
he didnt keep up with hamon like the other users/masters would

By the end of Part III, there's no more vampires or pillar men to worry about, so he just quit Hamon altogether and chose to live his life as real-estate king.
What happens to the invisible baby?
He was fine until 67, then he never fully recovered from having his blood sucked out and dying.
He's lazy
Because Araki forgot about hamon.

Joseph adopted her.
He needed to be nerfed so as to not steal the thunder from the new protagonist. Not only from combat perspective (the shitty stand was enough of a nerf on that area), but also from a design/presence perspective.

This is also entirely possible, or he just changed how it works on a whim.

Joseph never wanted to really learn that, only reason he did was because he had to. The moment he beat Cars, he never trained hamon again, it makes sense if you consider his personality.

Read the manga.

>you will never be as based as Joseph

I beleive at the end of part 4 it says that Joseph took on Hamon again and was cured of some of his old age maladies.
Why didn't he become a vampire after the transfusion from DIO's corpse?
>>140580608
That would have been pretty cool. Vanilla Ice didn't become a vampire until Polnareff stabbed him through the mouth and he "died".
Maybe (if Heaven didn't get to him first) when Joseph died of old age, he just got back up a few moments later as a vampire with a big "HOREY SHET" exclamation. But in all likelyhood, the residual Hamon in his blood probably just destroyed the vampire essence and made the blood normal again.

Because you have to continually practice your hamon to receive continuous benefits from it
