My phone is set to vibrate because things like phone calls and knocks on the door, etc. make my anxiety shoot through the roof and I'm paranoid as fuck. On the rare occasion that a call occurs, the blinking light and vibration is a lot easier to handle than some external sound of noise which only draws attention to myself and I don't want the attention.
