A boy falls in love with a girl.
Unable to confess, he is gifted by a deus ex machina with the girl's phone number. Never minding the strange area code, he immediately calls her, and is overjoyed to find out that she has a crush on him as well.

While the two chase their respective loved ones, DRAMA ensues as they begin to fall in love with each other instead and question the NATURE of LOVE.

I don't know how I'm supposed to feel about Kurosawa. There are many parts that don't make logical sense to me. Such as the one arc where he goes to fuck up the middle school kids who ambushed him and has the whole town cheering him on. I can only suspend my disbelief so far. There's also the part where he makes a fucking battlesuit out of garbage and uses his shit as a weapon. I laughed but come on. The first several chapters he was definitely relatable, but as I read more the more ridiculous it started to get. I enjoyed most of FKMT's other works, but I never could get into Kurosawa. I don't know if I'll ever finish it.

I tried watching the anime once but dropped it during the second arc when the ear-drill game became too stressful and viscerally disturbing to watch. And it really didn't have the same weight as the amazing rock paper scissors arc, to be honest.
