Except that her troops can be trumped at no cost by Nazarick pops and Ainz's personal undead creation as far as securing his own dominion is in question.
Why not send her to the outskirts of your dominion with some Nazarick backup to draw attention off from E-Rantel.

Most of the NPCs have zero feelings for normal people outside of Nazarick, so if by Ainz' shit he means his previous humanity, i don't think it'll be much of an issue, like Mare's generally uninterested, and Cocytus and Sebas are more Honorable, Albedo is the least likely to betray him, but the most likely to do something absolutely stupid like say...learn of Gazeff's sword and think all humans are a massive danger thus genocide is the only answer
