I was pretty disappointed with the resolution of the arc. I could imagine any one of the pairings to be interesting to read and see develop but it felt like the brakes were hit rather than character progression. I'll admit, it's the Madarame thing to do.
I also don't like how it does curve toward Spotted Flower.
I am somewhat looking forward to what is to come. Despite all that time spent on the arc there's a lot to potentially cover.
With this Kuchiki graduates soon and I believe Ogiue enters her final year, she'll probably need to pass on presidency to someone and make preparations for the future since there may be complications seeing as how her manga wasn't that well received.

Keiko is pretty much full slut and would probably ntr madarame first chance she got. Hato and sue are pretty much the only rational choices.
