That is so fucking beyond out of character that I'll wonder if the novel I'm reading is Raildex. If there has to be a kiss it needs to come from Mikoto even if it is unlikely. The entire point of Raildex is over the top ridiculous plot combined with absurd banter and interactions. Touma suddenly giving Mikoto serious love not only would be out of character, but also would conflict the vibe of the series.
