I think the most important part was Hayato beating Killer Queen: Bites the Dust. If he didn't beat that, then Jotaro would've died, meaning he wouldn't have been there to influence what happened in Part 6, and thus the universe reset. Also, it would've meant that Koichi would've died, and thus, a lot of Part 5 wouldn't have happened.

In the PB universe I'd say it's Emporio beating Pucci, it carried the weight of every Jojo victory until then. Any past victory was so close to going either way, and you value where you end up because you know how improbable it was to get there and how many weak links a bloodline has. And even the meaning of part 6 kind of put that into perspective, because DIO was kind of a joestar in blood too. And with his backup plan being stopped it showed how his bloodline in a way was also his weakness. Jolyne put her faith in someone else to finish the job for her, beating DIO at his own game. Plus it's like part 2's ending, a fluke of fate when emporio knew to put the disc to his forehead.
