Depends on where they operate. Metal sub conducts extremely well. Rapid decline of water temperature doesn't kick in until 200-300m depth, so if it's hot on the surface, it's going to be hot on the boat. There're also the engines producing heat without much ventilation.
That also has the effect of making the sub warmer than the surrounding water, so condensation is constant, even in the arctic (think of a cold drink "sweating"). Modern subs have AC to prevent that.

2. Have you ANY idea what kind of torpedo the type 93 (AKA Long Lance) Oxygen torpedo is? We have spelled it out in god knows how many threads that this 2.7 ton torpedo, had it been live, would pack a 1000lb warhead, which is more than enough to rip the bow off of 6000t cruisers. That 2700t LCS, only slightly bigger than these Kagerou class destroyers, would not be expected to survive a direct hit by such an elephant killer.
