It's not about /dng/, it's about how konami expected people to buy cards they couldn't use even for fun, do you not remember how judai had to duel in seasons 2 and 3 and 4 once he got Neos and how his opponents always only had one monster on the field at all times as well as loading Judai's deck with constitutional draw cards? Neos was a mistake, the anime heroes that aren't him can still be somewhat fun if you aren't trying to run them all but just the ones that fuse from the main 5, Electrum is a far better ultimate hero fusion than God Neos, In fact, I'd argue that it was suppose to herald the end of GX, that show never felt like it was suppose to be as long as it did.
