I personally find Ichi better than Totty, but it depends on your other characters and whether you go for light and tank or all balanced. Jyushi, Ichi, and Shonosuke team well for rush and tank, and Totty and Choro is the other good one that's more balanced but you'll need them higher leveled. Though really Shonosuke should be with every team, op as fuck.
Never use Oso, he's absolute shit tier.
