Season 1 Aired
OVA 1 came out, whoever did the OVA at the time just called it SYD OVA 1. 7 more came out and followed the same naming scheme.
Season 2 came out.
A new OVA after season 2 came out, whoever did that OVA decided to just call it episode 14 (as in a continuation of season 2), people followed suit with the subsequent OVAs.
So we are up to 2 season, and 13 OVAs in all, 8 of which aired before season 2, 5 of which were after.

Not exactly. Zensubs didn't name their release as episode 14 and just named it as SYD bleep OVA, probably because we weren't sure how many OVA's we'll be getting.
It was Impatience that decided to number their release as 15.

It would be nice if someone could extract the file from the new DVD so it can be encoded like last time and we won't have to wait for better raws. Though I don't know if anyone's willing to do that.
