God, that hurt my soul. A series turning to shit is one thing, but the creators actively deciding to take a great start (comfy hero themed SoL with a nice, grounded message and a nice bromance) and turn it into something bizarre and mediocre is the worst.

I'm with you 100% OP. I thought SamFlam was promising at first, but as it progressed it just got more and more bizarre, and not in a good way. Full of mood whiplash. The only part I liked was when the Asuka clone got knocked the fuck out by her fellow idol.
