The problem with Seraph is that it was just several levels of too insultingly retarded. I'm pretty sure you actually have to try to have characters as obnoxious as that show had but the unfitting soundtrack and the director just being flat out incompetent didn't help. The only good thing about the show was Saori Hayami and Yuuki Aoi best homance team for life occasionally being allowed to do their things with their respective characters
