You know, I feel like the english dub for this is actually okay in an unintended way.
Since the show is one big parody of anime, the naruto-tier dubbing actually helps play into that, adding another layer of parody to make the experience more enjoyable. I can't say whether or not i'd prefer it over the sub, but it's simple dumb fun, and honestly that's what KLK was shooting for.

Having actually seen the sub first, then the dub, the only voice actor selection I'm dissatisfied with is for Senketsu. They should have picked someone with a deeper voice. I think Ragyo comes off as equally deranged, and Nui's English voice actually gave me shivers I didn't have watching the sub.

The problem with why in the last 10 years we've been getting such shit dubs is because they aren't using professional voice actors.
They hire SJW's straight out of college who think they're the next Sean Schemmel and have them dub all the popular anime and then the SJWs start whining about sexualization and misogyny and we get censored dub anime.

Even though I liked KLK, it was pretty lame plot and character wise. Even if it was a parody. The animation took constant dips in quality and you have a hard time knowing whether you should be taking it the show seriously or not. And the characters were flat, even Bleach characters are deeper.
