Pic related is fucking terrible. The protagonist is whiny and useless. The show is just episode after episode of lame monster of the week filler. Worst of all, the budget is so low that when the monsters do show up we get about three frames of animation before Tuxedo Mask says something dumb and the last 5 minutes of the episode to turn into THE EXACT SAME FUCKING STOCK FOOTAGE OF TRANSFORMATIONS AND ATTACKS THAT IS PLAYED EVERY GOD DAMN TIME. And then the same formula happens in all of the following 199 episodes. You'd have to be either a total loser or a twelve year old girl to find this shit entertaining.

Production values are well below the rest of the series. Shinbo's skill and creativity still make it look extremely nice, but nothing can hide QUALITY created by a lack of budget and understaffing. Nadeko Snake was adapted pretty poorly from the novels. The rush job explanation of everything that happened in Neko Kuro is sure to confuse anime-only viewers.
