Sure, why not. It's not a terrible show. 6k sales, which puts it in the 'good, but not great' category.
Just that, as always, they tried to jam in as much drama as possible because it's anime. Neps' usually a 10 at a times, on the depression to cheerful scale, and dips to an 8 when she's feeling down. The anime had her at a 3, which is a little hard to watch.

She really isn't even the token Christmas cake now that Iris heart existsand possibly to a lesser extent Rei
More or less her selling point is that she's one of the more down to earth and reasonable neps. She still has a kind of oneesan quality going on. But yeah basically she really doesn't have a lot going for her in terms of fun personality traits people like to latch onto. For a series about magical console girls kicking ass, she's surprisingly pretty bland and seems like a normal kind of everyday girl with a quirk or two personality wise.
The one thing that sets her apart ,the whole fujoshi thing, is kind of polarizing for a lot of people too. As I see it she's just an old Nep that nobody cares to remember anymore. Anything she used to do someone else does it better.she's still got a special place in this anon's heart though

V2 was really good. This series has improved a lot since that first abomination of a game.

The separate landmasses was a really comfy element. I also liked the first game, but mainly for it's writing and character interaction. It's still the best to me in that department.

Now that I think about it, most of the CPU/sisters don't change or changes very little. In terms of personality, none of the sisters change at all. Noire/Vert only gets a little bit more serious.

Uni (At least in VII to me) seems to change the most out of the sisters. She really tries to emulate Noire's CPU straight up. It isn't that big a change from her standard character, but from cute "I want Noire to see I'm as good as her" to serious "I am Noire".
