the whole thing might be garbage now that it's animated, especially since jojos are always low budget.
most of what people like in part4 is nostalgia and fake-enjoyment from the community built around bad translations. there's very little in there that can be considered objectively good -- at least not when compared to the series as a whole.

Here it is. I've still got PS open, I played with some blending options, like an outer glow that gives it a smooth whiteish outline, but I didn't save it like that for this version. Had to do a little bit of hand cleaning on the white spots.
