In original Nanoha first seasons characters had a good reason to fight and they were not as shallow as Vivid girls. Fate tragic backstory really easily wins with Einhart one who immediately became Vivio friend just like that.

Strikers is fine, just much slower-paced. Its highs are just as good as before, and I think the characters being grown up as they are adds much more meaning to everything, especially after episode 9 or so.
Have you read/listened to the sound stages and read all the companion manga? They add a lot to each season.

ViVid and FORCE had both lots of wasted potential. I guess it'll be over for some of us. If a revival happens in 10 years i think i'll be too old to care.

People care, Tsuzuki is just a piece of shit who will never allow anything interesting or meaningful to happen unless his job is on the line. It's the same thing that happened to Dog Days, once the first season was financially successful he completely abandoned all the plot hooks and turned it into cute-girls-doing-cute-things.

INNOCENT barely counts as a revival. It practically the CARNIVAL PHANTASM of the franchise. A cute alternate universe parody referencing stuff from all over the franchise without taking itself seriously. It's good for a laugh and cutes but will never compare to the original flavor. The setting is pretty open, it has a lot of potential.
Just look at what we got in this setting.

A plot about a large conflict that threatens to tear the TSAB apart wouldn't be hard to do.
The descendants of the old kings would be a good start. Have something terrible happen, people start doubting the government, then shit escalates as everything goes wrong. The descendants may be manipulated into leading the rebel forces, with Vivio stuck at the church while Nanoha and co goes out to stop the rebels and whatnot.
The church tries to stop shit on their end, but then the fact that Vivio is a clone of Olivie is somehow leaked, people start rallying around her.
I mean, if they really want, they could easily run that plotline at the same time by running 2 mangas. Have a manga focused around Nanoha and friends about their fights and whatnot at the frontlines, and another about Vivio's involvement in the whole civil war in Midchilda.
