So passable mainstream Sony Music artist and the usual sort of Sony Music anime artist trash by the looks of it. I can't remember when was the last time Aniplex used anybody for theme songs in one of their productions that wasn't just somebody Sony wants to promote the latest single or debut for. Have they ever done it period?
Anyway the shows probably going to be pretty bad and all over the fucking place like most of their originals cause it's pretty much just there to promote some music and omni-pander for sales while Okada is probably just there to write enough crazy crap that appeals to teenage otaku to fill 12 or 24 episodes or whatever it's getting. People that are seriously expecting a masterpiece here either have way too much faith in Trigger or that they even have much of a say in this show or just like getting caught up in marketing hype and memes.
