REMINDER
King Crimson Explanation.
Epitaph (the little face on his forehead) shows him what's fated to happen 10 seconds in the future. If he sees something he doesn't like, like getting kicked in the dick or murdered, he activates King Crimson's main ability which is to erase up to 10 seconds of time. During the erase, everyone else's actions play out as Epitaph predicted except for Diavolo, who can move about and position himself however he likes. He can't hurt or affect people during the erase. If, however, Epitaph predicted Diavolo hurting someone in those 10 seconds, even if he activates KC and walks away, that person will still be hurt since it was fated to happen. Once the erase is complete, everyone EXCEPT Diavolo will be standing exactly where Epitaph predicted them to be but with no memory of the last 10 seconds since those last 10 seconds didn't happen. So technically unless you set up a trap that takes longer than 10 seconds to notice and longer than 10 seconds to escape, you can't beat him since he can delete time and escape his fate in that time period.

It let's him escape fate, that's literally what the paragraph is about. For example Epitaph shows him getting kicked to death so he deletes the time he gets kicked. He can get up and walk away in that time while everyone else keeps kicking the air where he was fated to be. It forces everyone else into a scenario while he can ignore it and fuck off, or position himself so when the delete ends he can attack while they're disoriented. If Epitaph predicted that Diavolo would throw blood in Giorno's face and Diavolo deletes the time it happened in, Diavolo can throw the blood during the deleted time to fulfill that part of his fate but ignore the rest. Everyone else has to keep doing what Epitaph predicted while Diavolo can set up the perfect scenario to attack while they're confused.

Well the criticism is that it's very average. Average doesn't mean bad though, it's just not amazing either. Simple colorization is a lot like artfagging in general, if you want to have impressive results you sort of have to have at least SOME artistic ability, otherwise it's just gonna be another piece with muddy black shadow lines and the colorist not knowing what makes the colors work.
