Eh, round two had cool aspects to it, but overall the first round felt more intense. It was the way Ayato was pressured and sweating that gave a sense of danger and it was the first time we saw the confident and skilled Ayato in an impressed but worried mental state. Also, them sword techniques and body movement of experienced swordsmanship.

Look. Rakudai was a nice but cheesy self-contained story, sucks that it didn't get a S2 but who cares, shit's over so there's no need to bring it up anymore. On the flip side, it's nice that Aniplex was stupid enough to think Asterisk would sell like IS so now we have another cour of it, it's a fairly well-produced generic harem show that's nice to tide you over each season. I personally prefer Rakudai more but it's only common courtesy to not bring it up and try to shit up a thread with it.

Teamwork is about using strengths of varied individuals for a common goal and then coordinating those strengths to increase effectiveness. There's also the element of becoming like a machine that works knowing how best to respond to your mates without even having to say anything. Anti-magic displayed this in the most obvious of ways. In the beginning we see that they can't coordinate shit and that' why they fail, but at the end we see them acting as the individual steps in a multi-step process that leads to Takeru kicking someone's ass. It's pretty lazy and loves to glorify our friendly neighborhood self-insert MC, but on a very important level it shows that Takeru can't go it alone in a lot of case. The relationships of all the members are all the more important.
Again, this is not high praise for Anti-magic, but the fact that this stands out is itself the issue.
