That's the feeling that prevails during the entire cour. It's a boring show but something about it feels comfy and triggers some innate curiosity. Like a cat distracted with a paper cup.

Its a comfy show, pretty boring sometimes, but comfy. All the characters were likable most of the time.

You guys only spent so many weeks spamming threads about it and how amazing the show was going to be up until it aired.
I don't like it OP.
Amazing character designs along with a fantastic OP and ED not mentioning all the characters are quite likable, but the meat of the show, the plot of each episode is just boring. It doesnt quite hits the notes to be a relaxing SoL but it's not aiming at that, it wants to be a comedy, unfortunately it fails really hard at it, when there are jokes they tend to either at worst fall completely flat or at best get a smile out of me. The candy facts that are squeezed between gags are interesting but you cant make a show out of just that and nice pretty characters, that while quite likable, tend to not be as entertaining as you would hope they would be.
In the end it's a pretty show with a overall not great source material. Watch the full opening and ending somewhere but dont give yourself the trouble to watch the rest of the show, it's not worth it.
