Would you want Valvrave to be revived for a third season or even OVA/movie? There is still plenty of material that could be covered; of that material what is it you'd like to see the most, or at least wished they had included to begin with?
Also, since the archive died so did the VVV master post /a/ put together. Did anyone save it? Even parts of it? Summaries from the drama CDs, novels, and Undertaker are no where to be found now.

A better protagonist instead of Haruto.
Look, I get what they were going for. They were going for heroes who were yin and yang. Lelouch and Suzaku. But the problem was, L-Elf was Lelouch's genius AND Suzaku's raw power, while Haruto was just the dumbass meat puppet who pilot the Valvrave.
They needed to be Captain Kirk and Spock, but Haruto was the worthless part of the equation. You can't have a compelling story that way. L-Elf looked like he wanted to fucking kill the idiots he was working with, and he shot Marie in the face just for backtalk.
The property is dead and buried. Let it go.

Haruto wasn't so much meant to be L-elf's equal but more like a force that influences him, like Cain and Lieselotte were, to the point where the show even compares the latter to Haruto. Coffee and sugar, remember? It wasn't just L-elf, Haruto was a driving force for Shoko and Saki as well. You are judging his merit rather superficially.
