Whats the biggest example of ~QUALITY~ in all of nip cartoons? You gotta factor irony and how big the budget was into this, much more hilarious if its both serious and had a decent budget.

The entire bleach anime, 50% filler, 90% of the budget into the OST.
It's a long slow trainwreck, with no proper ending and a madman ruining what one it could of had by shitting up the manga.
