Last Episode doesn't work with Garden of Avalon, so it will be a separate feature. They could add an extra conclusion with Garden of Avalon with Arturia and Merlin reuniting after UBW.

Garden of Avalon doesn't work with Last Episode because it's about Merlin. You can't shove random ginger dude when the LN and CD drama had the ambiguous and star crossed relationship of Artoria and Merlin as one of the cores. It does work as a bonus for UBW because there Saber cares for Shirou as a mother and in true, she's going back to her time. It also somehow explains why she ships Rin and Shirou, she's projecting her issues with Merlin.

There's way more explicit gore in HF that's tough to work around. Assassin tearing through Fake-Assassin's body, the various people getting killed by the shadow, Shirou getting mauled and losing his arm, Shinji's death, etc.
That's not even getting into the sex.
Episodes 14-15 were about as gory as it got in UBW, and even then the broadcast episodes were cut up a fair bit.

"Garan-no-dou" has been transformed into a lush, clean space. Now with a new occupant, and a new look, let's break down "Garan-no-dou"'s transformation.
Nobutaka Ike, Art Director: With the change of tenants, from Touko to Mitsuru, it would obviously be decorated differently. But the biggest difference is Mana's presence. The various plants crowding the room and the pool of light we deliberately created around the main desk... we used these to create the sense of an open space. We also chose the brightest colours possible for the racks. Our view of this room is that it's owned by Mana and by the plants.
Tomonori Sudo, Director/Character Designer: The number of plants increased after Mana became a frequent visitor of "Garan-no-dou". Since Mitsuru is like dry sand, it was a dreary-looking place 2 years before Mana came here. Watering them has changed the room, as well as Mitsuru himself. I also removed all magic-related items and placed modern items in the room. The TVs and chair are relics left behind by Touko.

If anything, I just hope the soundtrack is better. I loved Fukasawa's work on Mahoutsukai no Yoru and so far I'm really liking Garden of Avalon, but UBW was pretty underwhelming outside of a few standout tracks (a bunch of which weren't even on the physical disc).

The way I go about enjoying a show's soundtrack is I watch the show, listen to the music, then watch the show again to further appreciate it and the scenes it was implemented in. When I did that with UBW all I noticed was a ton of missing tracks.
