Sales tax isn't supposed to be charged on international sales to encourage exports. Basically all these companies are charging us 8% extra. They definitely aren't paying those taxes. So the extra cost is going toward a few things.
Except it doesn't cost 8% international sales to maintain English language support. There's no way in hell. Mandarake proves that. They're just pocketing a large chunk of it.
