Given that 2GB/hour for a 720p x264 encode is required for an acceptable quality live-action video, what's an acceptable bitrate for anime at the same resolution?
I'm guessing it's between 500MB/hr and 1GB/hr. Though I never really cared because there's never many options anyway. And I don't really trust the quality of a rip from a stream.
