Authors rarely do MC/MC so I rule EM out especially since Isayama keeps saying it's gross or emphasizing how Eren is annoyed by Mikasa. Plus Mikasa gets degraded as a character too much when she's around Eren.
EA could have had a chance but Annie is being set up with Bert, even if both die in the end. Plus Isayama also sunk EA personally. I also don't think Eren will be with someone who is partially responsible for his mom's death, seems contradictory to his personal drive.
EH is a possibility, it has foundation to it and they get along pretty well now. I could see it if Isayama was planning on doing an alternative pairing over EM. If Isayama wanted to piss off ELfujos he could also do EAr, but for all the pandering he does for them it comes across more for comedic value at times.
Most possible pairing of all these has to be Eren/Pixis. Pixis spiked the alcoholic drink he have to Eren with a love potion, soon Eren will come to love that sexy old man.

He never wanted to do any of this, but realized it would be best if he did. He still pussies out, like when Armin had to shoot that girl for him because he couldn't do it. He's a coward, but because he's a coward he knows what the weak are capable of and how they can adapt to fight the strong. He can barely rely on his own abilities at this point because of the power creep, but he still performs his duty admirably.
I'm not shitposting here - he's actually a really damn good character if you analyze what he's done in the series so far.
