Is anyone reading Watari-kun no xx ga Houkai Sunzen? The premise takes a little while to clearly show up, it starts like a yandere centric harem but the great thing is that it becomes clear that every possible girl is actually a yandere (and potentially the rest of the cast, there are like two characters left to show traits but you can feel the ground work going on)
You couldn't make a harem all out of tsunderes or any other cliche stereotype, but making everyone crazy in different ways is turning out to be pretty exiting.
