And part 4 introduced the arrow, and mentioned that Dio made the stand users with it. But then it's inconsistent again because you have guys like the Barbie bros who have been collecting souls for years. Also what was the point of making Jotaro draw a tarot card when there was only one that was unclaimed (the star). So it looks like the Part 4 anime will be faster-paced than the Part 3 one, which seems to be the biggest issue people had with it. So place your bets: is it going to be as good as or even better than the manga? Or will that be reserved for Parts 1 and 2 due to being from when Araki was just starting to get into a groove?

I seriously doubt that David can capture the magic of their Battle Tendency adaption a second time. Lightning doesn't strike twice. To complicate things even further a lot of my favourite fights are going to be hard to capture the magic in motion, like Highway Star and Enigma.
On the other hand their OPs have just gotten better and better, so if nothing else we should be getting a badass CGI animation of the Morioh crew.
