Only thing on there that I've read is Usagi Drop. Most hipster thing I've read in general would probably be some obscure one shot or old Tezuka stuff no one cares about anymore.
If anyone in here has read Kilico, that must be your default answer. There is nothing fucking more "hipster" than that manga.

Gordian Knot is absolute garbage, I dropped it after a few chapters. I liked Holyland a lot, except for the MC having a breakdown every handful of chapters. I'm still waiting on Yandere Kanojo's final chapters to be translated, but loving the omake in the meantime.

Anyways, if hipster means obscure-ish here, probably Kariage-kun or that old alien Taro manga. I have no idea how famous they are, though, just haven't seen anyone on /a/ even mention them ever.
