Is the animation as good as the nips said? Is the pacing good? How close to AoT is it in term of story and visuals? Any outstanding characters? Did they show the opening and the ending? If yes are they good (please don't give too much details)? How is the OST? Was there a lot of people in the theater? How is the CG? Anything beside the Kotetsujo and some backgrounds in CG? Are the seiyuu good? Is it well directed?
That's a lot of questions but I'm really interested. If that's too much please pick those the most important ones?

Yeah, it's pretty good, but of course that's likely just for these 3 episodes.

The three episodes in cinema were shown continously, but if the episode breaks are where it seemed they are, it might feel slow to watch one episode at a time. I feel like I saw enough to want to watch more, but I'd bet many people here won't be too thrilled just after episode 1.

Story - people live in enclosed spaces and get attacked by monsters. And Mumei kinda jumps around a lot like characters in AoT. That's kinda it, otherwise it's plenty different. People get to moved on railways, people turn into Kabane when bitten by one, so there's this zombie-movie like paranoia etc. - stuff you don't immediately see in AoT.

This'll be the end of episode 3 -MC gets overcome with his hunger and starts attacking Ayame-sama. At the same time Mumei is outside and asks some people to feed her blood, so I presume it'll just be MC needing blood too.

I'm not really too perceptive to music in visual works, so I can only tell you there wasn't anything that I found bad and notice it as such.
Animation god tier in some scenes, above average throughout all three episodes.

To add more spoilers -MC was researching Kabanes and developed a theory about stopping the virus, so when he gets bitten he tests it and succeeds. His hair gets partially white afterwards. And yes, he has healing powers. His skin also turns a light shade of grey and he's able to touch a hot steam pipe without being burned. Mumei is a Kabaneri too, this is in the trailer, but her skin color is normal, so I presume she's somehow different than the MC.

Kabanes are much like zombies and were bitting chunks out of their victims to turn them into new Kabanes. But they were attracted by blood, MC uses it to lure one.

Not in the first three episodes, but I presume that's just how the virus works and it'll be detailed later. The train fortress MC and other are on is heading to the main base, where shogun lives, and there's an offhand mention that it's also the place where most research about Kabane takes place.
Also the meal hearts is the reason why Kabanes are hard to kill, they can take several shots to the heart until they die. Alternatively Mumei kills some by cutting their heads off.
