In any case, Subaru's vibration shatter IS working in the craddle then doesn't mean the cyborgs are in the same way impervious to the eclipse nonsense of Hucks. From what we see in the manga (same Subaru as was in Craddle is shown fighting them), not particularly. And the Snowflake nuke of Thoma's knocks her cyborg parts out nicely, she didn't die (luckily author didn't want that), but was paralysed and blinded.

This I will just disagree with, for above reasons. It's just different use of same energy, it is plausible that is sufficient to get around the AMF. Else the AMF would also need to be powered by a totally different energy type to not cancel itself.

Ugh, what kind of argument is that? Xou mean biochemistry/human metabolism? Nonsense, how would they fire Dieci's canon, or power those laser blades, etc. Electricity? Do you see that thing mentioned in Midchilda anywhere? Not really, so that is very unprobable explanation. Subaru and pals would have to have accumulators and recharge, which is nonsense if it was never shown nor hinted on in the show. Only ever energy source that is ever shown in Nanoha in Midchilda's world is magic.
