Been reading this series lately, and I was wondering if anyone here has read it and what their thoughts on it were.
On one hand, it's basically more harem light novel shit where the beginning plays pretty similarly to most other light novel harems. On the other hand, the art on the girls and their massive thighs makes me diamonds. In addition, the goal of the MC is to acquire a harem, and the later novels I've read have him actually succeeding and willing in pleasing his harem.
So what gives? Why do I never hear anyone talking about this series?
I've read it all up to vol10 and I like it, it starts out really slow though.
Not much to discuss.
It's fun and Kazuki is great but yeah there's not much to discuss and it's not really too different than others in the genre.
Nobody talks about Magika here because having it become popular would kill the series.Koyuki is best girl.

It's actually one of my favorite current series. But it's pretty obvious that an anime adaption would be recieved really negatively.
The first two volumes basically follow every single cliche to the letter, and really doesn't start making it's own name till volume 3.

There's like 15+ girls, you are bound to like one of them. They are all pretty high quality to, they are all ok with being in a harem so you don't have to deal with any tsundere bullshit after the 1st volume

Mio a best, but all girls are great to be honest. It helps that there's no competition since it's a genuine harem.

By volume 3, the MC basically says fuck it and starts to actively build a harem. If you are tired of tsunderes, and MC's who don't do jack, this is your best choice.
I can sympathize though, the first two novels aren't the best

Yeah, that's probably one of the few criticisms I have about it. However, the author does try his best to spread out attention between them all, and he does a decent enough job at it.
It also helps that there is usually a full chapter with multiple parts dedicated to him hanging out with his girls in each volume. (Though this is only in the later volumes where there are a lot of girls.)
The progression is nice to, as the novel goes on they actually do things besides kissing,
I think this series has potiental. it shouldnt get an anime unless theyre adapt it well and not leave out little things thatll turn out to be huge lateron.

well, I starting reading at chatper 12, which was awful, if you're going to skip start straight at chapter 13, honestly knowing what's going isn't even that big a deal, I was still able to enjoy the huge battle going on, and the girl almost dying but coming back and being immediatly loyal is pretty nice, I don't know if she was tsundere before, all I got from her backstory was karaage but maids so who cares, If you're her for fanservice there should be nothing stopping you, it's good stuff.

What the, thats dumb as hell. Just read the manga at least. The manga covers up to the last chapter of the 2nd volume. Which I recommend reading, it's nice seeing Kazuki's determination to become king. And that is the point where it starts to become it's own thing.
The manga does a pretty good job explaining things, and isn't that bad.
