Don't abuse the stabilizer unless you have incredibly shaky hands or you end up with shitty inconsistent line weight yet smooth lines.

First, work with a bigger lines. Ones this thin are only done when you know your shit and after having done a good sketch before that, everyone does it like that.
Secondly, avoid varying some much the sizes of the lines, it doesn't works at all.
And you need to draw your lines in one row. But as showed in this exemple, draw a rough sketch and then do the clean lines after. You're skipping parts of the process.
