Your forgetting the hips. Hips are literally the defining feminine feature above a woman's lover body, and ass + thighs mean nothing if the hips are poor. Guys can have big asses and meaty thighs but if their hips are narrow they still look masculine.

Shapely legs can still work with narrow hips. This just usually means somewhat slimmer thighs.
