So like multiple Japans?
Got a whole folder of images I'd make an anime from if anybody wants to see them.
>>138795212
Would watch the shit out of this.
>>138795212
This one is good. There's so many things to question about it.
The stalls.
The "Gun & Ammo" sign.
The gas masks.
It's also night time and it looks like they were returning from the outside into this fortress. Just what kind of things are there outside that they need guns? Is it people? Is it some kind of monster?
The expressions in this image are great too.
The girl smiling while waving towards a soldier with a gas mask. What's their connection?
The old man behind the stall looks so tired. How long has he been here? The soldiers look young compared to him. Does he even go out? He's not in a uniform like the others.
>>138800632
How many images?
>>138800632
Post them.

>>138801481
They are just starting to colonize them, but then again that depends.
>>138802024
Makes you wonder what's up with the current planet the image is on. It has weeds growing and vines. How long has this place been abandoned? A few weeks?
IS-style mecha girls are not exactly new. But they don't do space combat often enough.

A Stalker/Metro 2033 anime? I can see it drowning in money if done right
>>138802916
How do you do it right, anon?
This is one of my favorites. I've always been a fan of the integrated technology and super clean city designs, so combining those in motion in an anime would be great.
>>138800988
The folder has 105, but a few are just picutres of anime girls that somehow ended up in there.
>>138801161
Will do.
>>138803194
This is a similar theme to the previous one, but with an empahsis on the wide hips area of scientific development. Not sure if she's in a car, plane, spaceship, or mecha, but the sound system right by your ears has to be great either way.
>>138803246
I hope my little commentary isn't annoying; I have nobody to share these with and I thought it might be fun to explain why we thought the image would make a good anime.
This one is interesting to me because of the melding of fantasy elements and space, which I haven't seen done often or well. The main thing that makes me have a raging brainer is that the closest odd floating obelisk is over 19 au away (or maybe 19 au long, which is even more insance). If you don't know what an au is, that's the distance between the Earth and the sun. So this thing is basically 19 suns away from our point of view, but it's still larger in the sky than the moon would be in comparison. I just know there'd have to be some juicy mystery behind the mysterious supermassive obelisks.
>>138803147
They face hard times.
Have to make immoral decisions (exp: steal from people with less than them just because they need food/ammo)
No plot armor at all for anyone
Nobody trusts in anybody because they know if they have they'll kill each other to survive
Something like that, but that's just me
>>138803455
I like them, keep going.
>>138800641
I believe this is just fan-art of S.T.A.L.K.E.R or Metro 2033 but in anime form. I could be wrong though
Play either or both of these and I think you'd probably have a good idea.
>>138803620
Ok will do.
This is another favorite. Where are the flying hermit crabs that were large enough to have whole cities built in their shell? Does the entire world exist on the backs of these beasts? Where the hell would you mine all that stone to build those ruins to begin with? The questions are tantalizing.

A alien hive running a extra-dimensional archive.
They collect books, artifacts, stories throughout human history.
Each episode revolves around securing another object of interest without interfering with history or raising suspicion.
They don't work chronologically, i.e. each episode takes place at random points in history
They use cute little girls as avatars. They mostly look alike but each is also a little different.
One episode might have one of their bodies damaged just to be replaced to by another. Think of it as a mixture of Kino, Rei clones and Incubators.
Mid-season we see Earth getting destroyed at some point in the future, humanity goes extinct.
From that point on we're shown how they're collecting humans too.
A few of the human samples hitch a plan to save earth.Last episode has the portals closing before the humans can execute their plan. The hive moves on to archive another civilization.
>Why didn't you tell us?

>Why didn't you help us?

>>138804312
The loli and the Dark Knight.
This trope needs to be used more.
The watercolors lend this a dark feel, so I feel like this would be a darker story to match. These young people are the only ones to survive their village being destroyed by a careless hand knocking over a candle. Now, with nothing but a few weapons and the clothes on their back, they must survive a cold, dangerous, uncaring world with little experience. How will the older ones care for the younger ones? Or will they just leave them behind during the night so there's one less mouth to feed?

This sounds like that one episode in Mushishi
While on a road trip, a small group of friends discover a strange loop looking machine in the middle of nowhere emitting a blue glow. It doesn't look like it fell from the sky, nor are there any signs of the heavy machinery that would have been needed to either construct or transport the structure. When one of the friends gets close, the inside of the loop transforms from transparent air to an opaque, shimmery surface similar to a pool of oil. While the other members of the group freak out and argue about whether the call the government or police about this suspicious artifact, the friend that touched the device is overcome by curiosity. Disregarding common sense and self preservation, they quickly climb up and jump in the oily surface before any of their friends can stop the fool.
The group waits with bated breath for a handful of seconds. Suddenly, a hand with a sleeve the same color as their friends comes out of the oily sheen and beckons them in. It then retracts, and they are left with a choice. Follow their friend into the terrifying, but tantalizing unknown, or stay here and call the relevant authorities?

A boy and his family run a cat shelter for stray and unwanted cats, and all is good. However, after one too many nights of the lonely and horny high school boy saying [A cat is fine too], said cat magically becomes a sapient, humanoid cat girl. Zaniness ensues as the boy must explain to his family why he was raping cats nightly for years, and why that cat is now a thinking, speaking person. Despite this embarrassment, more and more cats begin transforming into adorable cat girls, raising questions as to just how many cats this boy raped with his insatiable bestiality desires.
Eventually, the government takes notice of the boy's magical seed, and plans to create an army of animal/human hybrids by making the boy copulate with powerful species such as elephants, grizzly bears, and lions. The cat girls, despite their repeated raping, have taken to the boy, so they use their greatly enhanced cat strength to protect the boy and his family, and a desperate struggle ensues.

Miku anime.
Miku actually is a combat android designed for a war with not-china that never came to pass. She's working as an idol now for PR reasons.
Everything she does is in a superpowered chuuni way because that's a) because what PR tells her the fans like b) as combat android she only has little data on interacting with people except impressing civilians during weapons expos.
Her home is a facility that's like a downsized version of aperture science/glados, keeping her repaired and all that. Last episode she wakes up an undetermined time in the future, somewhat in disrepair. The facility does its best to repair her again but has to do with some makeshift replacements. She's Calne now.

>Three planets make up a trinary system
>Each one evolves a different type of intelligent life
>Because they're so close, they can observe one another, and have been doing so for decades
>But they can't communicate beyond simple Morse code
>Eventually all three decided to build an enormous space elevator with a station at the center of the three
>The work is dangerous and hard, but they get to be a part of the greatest thing their civilization has ever done
>The characters are various people working on the elevator from all three planets
>Story explores their motivations for joining the project, what they're running from and looking for
>They all have some preconceived notion about what the other societies are like, since there's mutual observation but no one gets to explain anything
>We get to see what notions are correct, which are false and why; we already know if the character's hopes, dreams or fears will comes true
>Maybe each culture idolizes or hates another because of something they see, but don't really understand.
>First contact is made
>Tense situation, as any misdeed or accidental insult could lead to war.
>What we believe collapses into what actually is.

how about this:
>evil scientist wants to take over world with army of animal hybrids
>his assistant lets fetishes get the better of him and mostly creates sexy animal girls instead of powerful war machines
>evil scientist is captured and put in jail
>but he managed to produce millions of those girls
>they are subservient to people who resemble the evil scientist and they pretty much fall into severe depression if they cannot make their owner happy
All that happens in episode 1. Rest of the show deals with suitable "owners" being located, instructed and monitored and people struggling with the balance of treating them as humanely as possible while also satisfying their need to serve.
Instead of the heavyhanded "sex is illegal and enforced by SWAT" stuff from monster musume it could be allowed in principle but MC already has a girlfriend who not only keeps MC under control but also the cats.

yeah, my idea was actually that the idol stuff was more of a minor aspect as far as screentime is concerned. Dance animation is expensive anyway. But fans would expect at least some songs.
Most of the time would be spent on showing what a civilian life of a combat android would look like.
>>138807951

Probably, but I think it would make for both a funny and an original setting, which is why I wrote it. Toning things down is safer and more acceptable, but if you want raunchy humor/settings then just fucking commit. I like your alternative too though, it sounds like it would be a fun, comfy ride. Could use more sex desu though.

Both of those were me, so I'll respond here too. I guess I could support that for the people who like that kind of stuff, but idol shit just never appealed to me. I've never liked sung songs in any show since I was a kid, it just makes me uncomfortable. Even music videos push it sometimes.
archeologists piecing together epic battles of the past.
the reconstructions get better over time. we start with some wild speculation based just some combat traces left in the landscape. then they find weapons and make some sketches. Then CG models.
They also try to fit the puzzle pieces into sketchy historical records that trace back from their current civilization and apparently have influences to the current day.
Esteemed researchers having heated arguments over which of their favorite discoveries was more awesome and who was fighting for the good and bad guys. The good guys obviously being those who wrote history.

the original was better

Oh, I finally get it. This Ket-ai bullshit is just another Ghost Slide, right?

>niche show with dedicated following vs. astroturfed marketing
don't compare those two
>>138804699
Truly hell.
>>138804998
Fuck, just remembered there's this project floating in the internet where they made a library that "contains" all the books know (and to be know) to mankind. You should google it, there's also a photo function that will literally ruin the site for "sharing" porpoises, so don't ruin it and don't think about the later, seriously.
Here we have literal moe police btw.
>>138810585
I'm sure everyone has seen stargate.
>>138811014
fucking nerd
This kind of brainstorms is what made OVAs so great, but even then a big deal of works from The animator expo weren't that discussed (except for some being MeMeMe the most "discussed) or maybe I missed them but holy shit, Hammerhead and many others were just too good.
>>138805560
Check IBUSEKI YORUNI from the animator expo, I don't know jack about spygames but your pic somehow remembered it to me.
>>138809837
I'm sure something has done this before, but I want it anyways.
>>138806500
real millennials love that CG bullshit.

Yes, why do they do that?
t. Unite States of AMERICA
>>138811014
i need the anime version of it
This seems like a cool setting but I can't write for shit.
>>138811173
I'm a little over halfway through the expo shorts, but Hammerhead really stood out to me. It's kind of surprising that they've flown so under the radar.
>>138811173
it's usually just one show out of all the projects that grabs most of the attention. like how to raise your spider loli.
>>138811442
didn't that happen in ergo proxy?
>Loli befriends a greater evil.
>>138811442
Battle Angel Alita?
>>138811547
it would be more interesting if they manage to let the evil stay evil and don't give it the vegeta treatment
>>138809130
That could be really interesting.
>>138811442
After some more centuries people started to devolve forcefully thanks to some major problem that fucked tech over. while the rich could start new technologies, the poor had to start to rediscover old technologies finally adopting old traditions that once were lost forever.
MC is a painter and paints a picture of the girl he has a crush on, soon after the girl dies in a tragic accident. While crying in front of his painting he falls into it like a portal. When he wakes up he is in front of his painting holding a brush after just finishing it. MC keeps trying to save the girl but she dies each time in a different way and each time, the world resets to when he finished painting the picture.

SoL with pic related set in prison.
>>138812498
Are you fucking retarded?
RPG setting from the perspective on NPCs. It's set in a neutral border town. Adventurers come and go, armies of various factions ride through, only the chaotic ones causing serious trouble.
We mostly follow day to day business of an artifact appraiser and trader. Lazy heroes often unload loot in bulk and only ask for appraisal of a few outstanding objects, selling the rest wholesale. The NPCs make a profit from digging out a few hidden gems and selling the lesser stuff as ingredients / for raw material salvage to other NPCs.
Occasionally they have to deal with legendary items that absolutely must go to the right clients.
The whole thing lives by playing with RPG tropes. In their world many campaigns from different DMs run in parallel with some minor inconsistencies occurring that must be navigated in a genre-savy way.
>oh yes, the king sent message to retrieve this UNIQUE item for you.
>NPC goes to the backroom
>picks out one out of dozen identical items, the only difference that the PC's name is engraved in this one in some runes
PCs are also treated as powerful idiots. Give them a quest and they'll be on their way and hack it to pieces. But if they stay in town for long things often go horribly wrong. And they often talk in this inane manner, which NPCs generally badmouth as Ook, OOK!
When was the last time we got a good afterlife-reincarnation anime?

fairly recently

Malaysians can't into pixiv.
I know a bunch of great malaysian artists that prefer posting their shit on Tumblr and Deviantart.
>>138812699
there's one reason i could think of to pick DA or tumblr over pixiv. Pixiv being under japanese law has that stupid censorship policy
Produced by KyoAni or A-1 studios.

>two buddies travel through a medieval countryside,, doing good deeds for the people
>one of them falls in an emotional crisis, but Guts is there to save him
A futuristic neo-renaissance anime revolving around the adventures of a young catholic nun-in-training newly appointed to the gliese 581c archdiocese.
It begins light-hearted and gets more thematically profound as the show goes on.
12 episodes.
>>138804699
Now that's something I'll religiously watch the fuck out of.
Why western media can't create stories in which cute girls doing cute things? There are always strong independent women with attitudes doing what they want.
