When they actually animate the fights, they're actually pretty good. The problem in UBW was that so little of the fights were much animated. You notice it even listening to the ost. Its buildup, talking, mood setting, then 30 seconds of fighting. This happens maybe once per two episodes if you're lucky.
I hope they don't add unnecessary extras to the Fistfight, like they did with Shirou vs Archer
