I like the fact that it has several of her possible expressions and casual outfits. It's easier to draw a waifu when you don't have to guessstimate an expression or what clothes they would actually wear. Normally I would say to include more full body shots, but Yuzuko's design isn't too terribly complicated, so I think it's more valuable to have her wide range of facial expressions instead.
The only negative point is that I think it might be a little too cluttered, but that really can't be helped
For me, I feel the sort of ref that works best is one where you can get to know the character in one image, and I think you captured that pretty well.
