Tsukuyomi, please avoid to have to resort to your sheetfed scanner as much as possible. It fails to capture highlight details, create scan lines and have a lot of other obvious downsides (surprisingly there's not so much bleeding).

It grew out of wanting to find specific things without difficulty. One Piece things go in the One Piece folder, Homunculus works go in the Homunculus folder, and incest goes in the incest folder, everything that doesn't fit into a category goes in a general pool. I don't see what's so complex about it.

If you want to find specific things without a difficulty, just use a program to do so. It even has automatic tagging and other metadata. Otherwise, just have it in a single folder arranged by artist or parody.
