In-universe it's largely that she mostly deals with criminal who, as in our world, tend to be a bunch of bumblefucks.
She has the best aim of anyone in the series, but it comes down to being basically the Tiger Woods of shooting due to her father training her from a young age.
Her not dying is rarely from uncommon good luck, just borderline implausible skill if anything.
