Nah i doubt there are any chances for a second season. But the first season has surprisingly good production value (voices, animation, art) so i´m happy that we got at least one season in that quality.

Now that all of volume 7 was translated, looking back on it, this was such a good volume. It introduced poop prince, had mild Riko, blushing Riko, couples shots. Only thing it lacked was anything focused on Sayo.

Haven't seen enough of Eno/PP yet. Suzu/Ren only shows up once in a blue moon, but I do admit when it does hit, it gets as cute as Nagi/Riko.
All the characters are likable so there's no one pairing I dislike. They're all great.

if I remember it really draws out the whole "I lied to Maki" thing in the anime to the point where it kind of becomes it's own anime only arc that the manga doesn't really go into, which I don't think I minded as much as some other people, it was a just a bit over drawn out but it did a really good job at showing exactly what kind of relationship the two were at by the end, and I liked that part of it.

Wasn't a case of budget, I'd say it was just the culmination of all the young talent Dogakobo had been fostering since producing YRYR along with having freelancers like Kouno, Nonaka, and Ooshima on key episodes. That being said episodes 6 and 7 are basically outsourced so there's a noticeable drop in quality there.
Kind of a shame that Dogakobo haven't really been delivering for me since Mikakunin.
