gundam seed and it's sequal destiny are everything that's "good" about gundam plus everything that's "generic" about gundam wrapped in the same package. In short, once you watch it all other gundam will feel like a shallow clone so you can safely watch it and feel like you watched everything gundam is.

You're going to be disappointed in Turn A if you force yourself to watch that many Gundam series just to watch it. Outside of the Black History, the only series that are directly referenced are ZZ, G and Wing anyway, and even then its more like cameos than references.

the whole notion of "you must watch everything before you watch Turn A" is incredibly, incredibly overrated. If you force yourself to do it, like I did, you'll only regret it as you forced yourself to watch some stuff that contributes literally nothing.

I cannot overstate it enough, it adds virtually nothing.
