If she can maintain the heat of as much mass as is present in a cup of tea, and if she can do so selectively, then in theory she could be able to select the hottest 1% of the atoms in a large body and maintain their heat, thereby quickly heating up the body as a whole.
If she also maintains the heat of the skin on her hands, then she would be capable of holding hot objects without burning her fingers.
