A Christmas Carol, as a harem, think about it. If we made all of the ghosts and spirits and shit cute girls, and then we added an osananajimi for Scrooge, who would obviously be a tsundere, and then every other episode, one of the girls would be bathing in Scrooge's giant onsen, it would be fantastic. It would basically be like that one SHAFT show from the early 2000s about the kid with the mansion and the crocodile and the maids, except it might be good animated by either SHAFT or Kyoani. Also this version of Scrooge is a virgin somehow and acts beta as fuck, he also buys a bunch of shit for spying on the girls with his riches, but tells himself he doesn't care about their bodies because he's tsun.

Amazing Spider-Man would make a great harem/action series.
The romance goes nowhere due to Quesada fucking up the marriage, and new girls keep getting introduced every few arcs, it's perfect.
Straight up long runner adaptation with a consistent art style please, maybe streamlining the earlier stuff and ditching lesser liked storylines.
