As in, you can't find a single example worldwide of a manufacturer of weapons being held responsible for the crimes commited with the weapons.
While our courts may not be the perfect moral compass, by sheer lack of ANY examples, I think it's safe to say that other than a few rabid pacifists, the general moral consensus is that they are not guilty.
