I guess CR either doesn't know one TV channel (TBS) moved episode 6 airing 1 day earlier this week or they had to wait until other channels airing episode 6 tomorrow because of their contract.

I enjoy it a lot. The characters are likable and relatable, but there isn't much conflict (at least yet). The rakugo parts are very funny.
I would say, watch the first episode (it's actually a double episode), if you liked what you saw, watch the second (it starts an extended flashback) and if your reaction is "I don't care about these guys one bit" then you can safely drop it.
