She shows up in Zokuowarimonogatari, which is a basically Koyomi in an alternate reality "mirror world" where characters' desires and underlying personalities are outwardly displayed. In this setting, Sodachi stayed in the Araragi household and lives pretty happily as his sister.
There's also an actual follow-up to Sodachi Lost in Orokamonogatari set at the same time as Nadeko Medusa I think, and it follows Sodachi at her new school. Features a lot of her suffering.
